Switzerland
When it comes to craft beer, Switzerland ranks in the bottom half of all European countries. Switzerland has a lot of commercial breweries, but for the most part, they are brewing typical Euro lager-style beer. You'll find some Belgian-style breweries also. There are some craft beer breweries, but not a lot. Perhaps, non-committal and staying neutral, as usual.
